MOTION DISMISSED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 28. Tho Full Court dismissed the motion for a writ certiorari in the case o£ Holloway v. Mr Justice Frazer and the members of the Arbitration Court. Ten guineas costs were allowed. [Tlio fads were that on November 26, 1923, tho court made an award entitled the North Canterbury grocers’ assistants and drivers’ award, which came into force on December 3, 1923, and continues, except as varied by the court. After the award came into force a case was stated at the request of tho inspector, and submitted to the Court of Appeal for its opinion on November 27, 1924. In consequence of its expressed opinion, the awn rd was varied in numerous details. Appellant slated that he had been advised by counsel that the Court of Arbitration had no jurisdiction to make an amending order based on the opinion of tho Court of Appeal, and the proceedings were made with a view to having such an order quashed.]
