GREAT OIL SYNDICATE. NEW YORK, April 2. Tho transaction by which Mr Edward Doheny has disposed of his interests in the Pan-American Petroleum and Transport Company lins resulted in the formation of a syndicate which is probably the world's largest crude oil producing and marketing corporation.
