(Received January 28, at 9.50 a.m.) The Tangier correspondent of ‘ Th# Times ’ says; “ Spanish forces appear to have effectively countered the Anjera revolt. They have succeeded in establishing a chain of posts isolating the Tangier zone from the Anjera tribe, which is now surrounded by tho posts, except along the straits, which the Spanish are carefully patrolling to prevent the of arms and supplies.—‘The Times.
