PRICES DECLINE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA, January 7. (Received January 8, at 12,35 p.m.) At the tea sales offerings were mostly of rather poor quality. Prices were irregular, and declined from 6 pice to 1 anna, ran-riim from 13 annas to 1 rupee.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
