The Waiotapn was to leave Wellington to-day for Fanning Island and Vancouver. The Waikawa is scheduled to leave New Plymouth to-morrow for Newcastle to load for Lvttolton. The” Rakanoa leaves Westport to-mor-row for Oainaru and Dunedin. The Waibemo leaves Newcastle this week for Wellington. The Kawatiri left Napier yesterday for Auckland. The Kurow is duo at Sydney to-morrow from Auckland to load for New Zealand. The Kahuna is expected at Miramar on Thursday from Newcastle. The Kamo was due at Auckland yesterday from Newcastle, and trunx there proceeds to Lyttelton. The Kairangft was to base left Newcastle vesterdav foi New Ib\mouth and Y eihngton. The Kaitoke was due at Sydney from Napier to-dav, thence Newcastle and Port Stephens, lo load lor Buhl and Dunedin. The Kaiapoi leaves Melbourne to-mor-row for Devonport (iasmama), thence Auckland. The Tremeadow. from Nauru, was due at Lyttelton at noon to-day. She leaves there on Friday, and is expected at Port Chalmers on Saturday. The Flora leaves Napier on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is expected hero on Christmas Eve. The Manuka is due at Bluff to-morrow afternoon from Melbourne, and hero on Thursday, sailing again the same evening for Lyttelton and Wellington. The Konini left Wallaroo on Saturday night, and is expected hero about tho diddle of next week.

Tho Kaimanawa loft Newcastle lost Saturday for Wellington. The Wingatui has been delayed by rain at the Bluff, and now loaves there on ’Wednesday, and is duo hero on Thursday. THE FERRY SERVICE. Tho Wahine, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 6.45 a.m. to-day, and passengers and mails connected with tho south express. PAKIPAKI FROM NEW YORK. Messrs Turnbull, Martin, and Co. advise that the Pakipaki left Auckland at noon yesterday for Wellington to continue discharging assorted cargo Jrom New York. She will subsequently proceed to Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth, Sydney, and Melbourne to complete discharge. Tiie vessel is due here about December 23. PORT HUNTER SAILS. The C. and D-. Line steamer Port Hunter completed discharge of liar London cargo last night, and sailed early this morning for Bluff to commence Homeward loading. TRELEVAN AT COLON. Having cleared New York on December 1, the steamer Trelevan arrived at Panama on December 10, and left the following day for Auckland, where she is due towards the end of the month. Her other cargo is for discharge at Wellington, Wanganui, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and .Melbourne. PERSONAL. Mr A. C. Kennedy has been appointed chief officer of the Kekerangu, relieving slr A. T. Adams for holiday leave. 51 r E. J. De Carteret lias joined the Kekerangu us second officer, relieving Mr C. H. George for holiday. Mr A. 51‘Kcnzic has been appointed second officer of tho Waihemo. Mr N. W. M'Donald, chief officer of the Waippri, is now on holiday. slr J. Matthews, third engineer of the Waitomo, lias transferred to the Koromiko, relieving slr D. H. 51‘Donald, third engineer, for instructions. slr R. C. Turner, fourth engineer of Hie Hauraki, has come ashore for instructions, and Mr W. C. Strand has been appointed temporarily fourth,, engineer of tire vessel. MISHAP TO KAWAU. Tho small steamer Kawau, which left Auckland for Bluff on Sunday, broke down in Hauraki Gulf and was towed back lo port by a passing trawler. The Kawau is to bn used at Bluff as an oyster trawler. The Hawaii’s feed pump broke down and the engines stopped. The sea was rough, and tho vessel was in danger ol drifting ashore on the Great Barrier. A good deal of repair work will be needed before the voyage is resumed. VESSELS IN WIRELESS CALL.
