It consisted of beef and veal, 263,297 tons; mutton and lamb, 134,274; pork, 41,421; poultry and game, 17,619; rabbits, 4,577; butter, cheese, and margarine, 4,292; eggs, 5,0 w tons; and sundries, 221 tons. The value ul meats .nul other commodities handled at Sinilhficld during 1923 (according to tho estimate of H. WG. Millman. the clerk and superintendent) was approximately £35 ; 0C0,0C0.
