TOE AMENDED REFERENCE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Press Association. SYDNEY, Novemebr 6. The terms of reference of tho Commission which is inquiring into the alleged civic graft charges have been extended to cover tho questions whether there was any conspiracy, agreement, oi proposal corruptly to obtain money or to interfere with the purity of administration in connection with the regrading of a street, adjacent to the Country Producers mid Selling Company’s new store; and also regarding a second case relating to the erection of a petrol measure. The Commission will inquire generally into the conduct of any alderman, official, or person connected with these matters.
