(Received November 7, at 12.55 p.m.) Feng Yn-hsianj this morning sent a military police chief to tho palace, where he informed the Manchn chamberlain that the Government wanted to take over the Imperial City in accordance with tho agreement between the Republic and the Manchu house at tho time of the abdication, but which so far had not been enforced. Meanwhile tho palace is guarded and ingress and egress are stopped. During (he afternoon the whole Maneln family left the Imperial Palace and took tip their residence at tho palace of Prince Chun, tho cx-Rcgent, which is situated in (ho north-western part of the city.—Reu-
