AITKEN.-On August 191 h, 1924, at 9 Manders street, N.E.V., William Stevenson Aitken, late of 39 Duke street; aged 80 years. “At rest.” —Private interment from the residence of Mr A. Pearson, 895 Cumberland street, on Thursday, the 21st inst., at 10 a.m., for the Northern Cemetery.—R. M’Lean and Son, undertakers. BUCHAN.-On August 20th, 1924, at the residence of her son-in-law (Mr P. Eraser), Central Fire Brigade Station, Cumberland street, Jane Buchan (late of Fraserburgh, Scotland); aged 69 years. “ Asleep in Jesus.” ESPLIN.-On the 20lh of August, 1924, at his residence, No. 33 Kaikorai ValleJroad, David, dearly beloved husband of Margaret Esplin; aged 47 years. Deeply mourned.—The Funeral will leave his late residence on Friday, (he 22nd inst., at 1 p.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.— Hugh Gourley, Ltd., undertakers.
