POTENTIALITIES OF BEAM SYSTEM.

At the Marconi Company’s annual meeting Mr Marconi claimed that the beam system would permit tbo remotest parts of the Empire to communicate with London or any dominion. The present appliances were capable of transmitting between 200 and 300 words a minute.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
