THE END OF IRA SPARKS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MANILA, August 17. (Received August 18, at 9.46 a.m.) The sailing boat Dauntless, from Honolulu, was picked up on the Mindanao coast. There was no trace of Mr Ira Sparks, the American religious enthusiast, who recently continued his voyage singlehanded from here to Singapore en route for Palestine. He is believed to have been drowned.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
