CONCLUDING SCENES. , Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 18. (Received July 19, at 10.10 a.m.) The International Advertising Convention has concluded its sittings. Telegrams were sent by Mr Mackenzie King (Prime Minister of Canada) and President Coolidge expressing their earnest desire to co-operate towards the economic restoration of the world. There were enthusiastic scenes at the farewell session. The delegates, ranged under banners representing forty-two countries and States, and led by an orchestra, joined in singing the national tunes of the different countries. The meeting finally passed a resolution urging a conference of the leaders of the nations, with a view to preventing wars.Reuter.
