Tho monthly gathering of tho National Dancers’ Social Club was hold last ovenling in Kroon’s Uall, which was tilled to capacity, several now members being enrolled. A new feature of the club was to appoint two different members of the executive to act as M.C.s each month, and this proves to bo a. big factor in the evening’s enjoyment. Musical items were rendered by Mr and Mis Douglas, M’Dowoll family, and Alcsdames Patterson. Johnstone, and Moss. Mr F. Eggars officiated at tho piano, and Mr It. Clark supplied the bagpipo music for tho national dances, which were performed bv a large number of juvenile members. Kfcssrs M’Kiulay and Fox acted as M.C.s, and tho evening was brought to a close with, the singing of ‘Auld Lang Syao.’
