(Received, June 25, at 9.55 a.m.) The Tokio correspondent of ‘The Times’, says: “Much has been written about the” Japanese naval losses during the late earthquake, but the loss in ships was really trilling. U is admitted that the loss "of fuel/ oil, stones, equipment, plans, and machinery was considerable. Japm, however, lost, nothing which is not replaceable. S>ho still has a powerful navy in commission, and shipyards tnat the earthquake in no way affected.”—‘The Times.’
