COAL SHORTAGE. COAL SHORTAGE. DRY PINE BLOCKS AS SUBSTITUTE, CUT TO ANT LENGTH. Owing to the Railway Strike there is a shortage of coal, nnd several merchants have commenced to ration supplies. In view of this, householders will be glad to know that we have big stocks on hand of DRY, SEASONED PINE AND MANUKA, which are admirably suited for BURNING IN GRATE OB KITCHEN RANGE. These blocks have been stacked in our yards for several months, and are in excellent condition for burning. Every householder should order at least a few bags now, and thus make sure of a supply of fuel for tho near future. To prevent hoarding, no customer will bo allowed more than 12 bags.
