M’Konna, said; “There are indications that wo are nearing the end of a most trying period. I am hopeful that we are now on the road to recovery". lam happy to say I believe that tho labors of the Reparations Committee will bo successful, and I am hopeful that they will lead to some change in the methods of dealing with reparations, which will bo indispensable before permanent peace can bo achieved.” —A. and N.Z.
