PRINCESS THEATRE
CHANGE OF PROGRAMME. The Hurl and Evans revue topic, 'Pott’s, tho Gardener,’ will have initial presentation at the Princess Theatre to-night. The bill is one of magnitude and merit, and is expected to meet with the approval of all devotees of light musical comedy and of vaudeville. Mr Fred Bluett reinforces the vaudeville programme. ‘Potts, the Gardener, is left a huge fortune, which in some way becomes ■temporarily diverted to the coffers of “ high-brows.” A most humorous character sketch is provided by Doddy Hurl as the gardener, and in other respects tho piece is very entertaining. Fred Bluett (Australia’s premier comedian), who has been specially re-engaged, heads the vaudeville section. Also, Charles Lawrence (pianist and monologuist), the Campbells (with concertinas), and the Baltos (balancers) will present items of interest.
