By sailing, auxiliary, or steam ship from Auckland to Niue and back to Auckland; not less than six trips each year. 2. By steamer from Auckland to Apia, | calling at Nine both ways; not less than eight trips each year. 3. (a) By steamer from Auckland to Apia, calling at Niue both ways; provided that the Minister shall'be entitled to call upon the contractor to extend the trip to Lyttelton and Dunedin via Wellington as required; not less than seven trips each year; and (b) From Auckland to Rarotonga and Lower Cook Islands (Aitutald, Mauke, Atin, Mangaia) and return to Wellington and Lyttelton; provided that the port of departure from and first port of return to New Zealand may be varied a? required by the Minister, to co-operate with tho conditions under Clause (a); not less than sis kips each year. 4.
