The British-India steamer Nowshera, which arrived at Auckland last Friday afternoon from New York, has a very cosmopolitan crew, which number 103 all told. English, Scotch, Irish, and Welsh number 18, Maltese 11, Hindoos 65, West Indian negroes 3, Norwegian, Esthinian, and Greek 4, 1 Canadian, and 1 Chinese.
