FINAL ELECTION RETURNS,
ZAGHLULISTS’ SUCCESSES,

CAIRO, January 14. Tho final election results show that the Zsghlulists won 152 out of 211 seats. _ The 4 Daily Telegraph’s ’ diplomatic correspondent says that the result occasioned little surprise in London, where a Zaghlnlist victory was anticipated, though tho size of tho majority was not expected. Britain is ready to discuss with any Egyptian Government the four questions which were reserved under the British Declaration—namely, tho Sudan, tho defenoo of Egypt from external aggression, the protection of foreigners, and the safeguarding of inter-imperial communications.—A. and N.Z.
