(Received January, 15, at 11,45 a.m.) A conflict between Anarchists and Commune sts, which was due to a quarrel whether or not Moscow should dictate the Socialist policy of France, resulted in four men being killed by bullet wounds from revolvers and twelve wounded. Another twenty were beaten severely with lite-preeervers. A nmn with a bomb tatooed on his forehead started the fray, shouting “ Down with the Communists 1” This caused another shout of “ Down with the Anarchists 1” Finally the police had to rush the building, where they found a number of dead and many wounded lying in pools of blood.—A. and N.Z.
