(Received December 8, at 1 a.m.) The Chamber of Deputies, by 408 votes to 127, passed the Electoral Reform Bill, which generally maintains tho present method of voting. M. Poincare made the passage in such a form that it was a question of confidence in the Government. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
