SALES OF WORK

The annual sale of work of tho Young Helpers’ League was held at Arclierfield, Lees street, this afternoon, in aid of tho Dr Barnardo Homes. Produce, cakes, flowers, etc., wore in abundance on tho various stalls. A sale was opened in the Church of Christ, Roslyn, this afternoon. Moderatelypriced goods wore plentiful, and good business was done. The proceeds realised by the South Duneding Salvation Army’s sale are to bo added to the social and mission fund. The amount exceeded all expectations.
