DUNEDIN PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY.

XO THE EDITOR.

Sir,— Having been present at the Philharmonic Society’s last concert, I would like to suggest to tho society to repeat the symphonic poem ‘ Vltava at its next concert. This is an entirely now work to Dunedin audiences, and I feel sure that subscribers would more fully appreciate the beauties of this work _by again hearing this very fine composition. Trusting the society can see its way to accede to this request,—! am, etc., September 28. Scbschxbee.
