Tho Irish General Election is expected at tho end of August. The time is unfavorable to Labor, which is confronted with a rapidly-extending strilm movement and is torn by internal dissensions. The Ministerial Party is well organised, as also is tho Farmers’ Party, which expects to secure enough seats to make thc_ Ministerialists offer" terms amounting virtually to a coalition. —‘The Times.’
