Investigation into the recent earthquake at Turbet-i-ITaidari shows that 900 people were killed.—A. and N.Z. Cable.

[A message from Teheran on July 8 said that another severe earthquake had been experienced at Turbet-i-Haidari. Early in Juno several severe earthquakes occurred in this region, resulting in the loss of between 3,000 and 4,000 lives.]
