CONSTANTINOPLE, J.uly 20. (Received July 21, at 9.15 a.m.) Tuesday is tho c&to for signing the Peace Treaty. It. will bo a red letter dav in Turkov. It happens as a coincidence to be tho Mohammedan relicious holiday of Courban Bairam; also the feast or tho sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham and the anniversary of the proclamation of the Constitution of Turkey in 1908. The faithful will proceed to the chief mosques, and recite verses from tho Koran. Speeches by Kcmalist partisans will ho delivered. A feature of the celebrations will bo tho sacrifice of sheep by rich Turks, and the giving of the meat to tho poor, a practice which has fallen off owing to the high cost of mutton.—A. and N.Z.
