PUBLIC NOTICE 13 HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin City Council, at a Special Meeting convened for the pnrposo and held on Wednesday, the 4Hi day of July, 1923, passed the following RESOLUTION—viz.: In pursuance and exercise of the irowers contained in “ The Town Belt Road Closing and Regulation Act, 1902,’' the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves, so that this resolution may bo confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Council and operate as a Special Order, to hereby create and dedicate a public street, 66 feet in width (to be known as Wallace street), along the western boundary of tho Town Belt, commencing on the southern end at the intersection of Littlebourne road and running from thence in a northerly direction to the intersection of Newington road, as the said street is more particularly shown on the plan laid on the table and thereon colored red. .
