THE VANCOUVER MAIL

MAKURA ON SCHEDULE TIME. The Canadian-Pacific mail steamer Makura, from Vancouver via Honolulu and Suva, arrived at Auckland at 6 a.m. to-day on schedule time. In addition to a largo passenger and freight list, tho liner brought 1,979 bags of English, American, and Canadian mails for New Zealand. Tho Dunedin portion should come to hand on Monday night. The Makura is to sail to-night for Sydney.
