TRAYNOR.—On July 19th, at Invercargill, Emma Jane, widow of Andrew Traynor, of Wyndham; aged 43 years. Deeply mourned. NEWEY.—On Julv 20th, at her residence, 27 Ramsay street, North-east Valley, Jessie, tho beloved wife of the late Henry Nowcy; aged 79 years. Deeply mourned. Private interment—Hope and Kingston, undertakers. DOUGLAS.—On 20th July, 1923. at Dunedin, Thomas Douglas, formerly of N.Z. Public Works Department; aged 87 years. Private interment—Hopo and Kinaston, undertakers.
