WELLINGTON, July 19. Electoral reform is so absorbing a topic In Parliament that when the lion. J. A. possibility of passing it this session. I think it will bo a revelation to members, and I believe it will get the strong support of a majority of tho House.” Mr Sullivan; It will if it is Proportional Representation.
