DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE PROPRIETARY, LTD.

The annual meeting of shareholders in the Dunedin Stock Exchange Proprietary, Ltd., was held to-day in the registered office, Reid’s buildings, Mr E. 11. Smith (chairman of directors) presiding over a good attendance. The Chairman, in moving the adoption of tho annual report and balance-sheet, complimented the shareholders on the good position of the proprietary. Tho income was well maintained, as, owing to the splendid location of the proprietary’s building, its premises were always well let. Tlio motion was seconded and spoken to by .Air H. Baron, and carried after some remarks by Mr S. Solomon. Air C. Russell Smith was re-clected a director, and Mr C. IB Statham was reappointed auditor. In moving a vote of thanks to the directors and secretary, Mr John Craig spoke in high terms of the care and attention bestowed on the proprietary’s concerns. The vote was carried by acclamation, and acknowledged by the chairman.
