At a. special mooting of shareholders in the Taranaki Farmers’ Meat Company, Ltd., held at Now Plymouth yesterday afternoon, the chairman of directors (.Air Newton King) submitted a report on the works by .Mr L. N. M’Both, of Christchurch, who advised -that they should bo recapitalised. The proposed capital is £BO,OOO in £5 preference shares.
