ITALIAN ELECTORATES
MUSSQLINI’S PROPOSAL
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.
ROME, May 20,
Signor Mussolini’s proposed electoral reforms consist of converting Italy into one large electorate instead of the present divisions. Signor Mussolini hopes to eliminate local questions; but critics consider that few would vote for a huge list of candidates who were mostly unknown to them, which would ultimately result in the Government nominating the majority and the otbeir parties nominating the minorities.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
