Dr Nansen, lecturing in Christiania on tho situation in Russia, said that Communism had proved a complete failure, and now existed only theoretically. The capitalist system, he said, which was now being reintroduced, would be the salvation of the country. Dr Nansen estimated the present number of famine-stricken Russians at 4,000,000 or 6,000,0?"
