PRINCESS THEATRE.
RETURN OP SUNSHINE PLAYERS. The Walter George Company commences another season at the Princess Theatre this evening, after spending over two years in Australia, where they played with much success. ‘ Don’t Bo Vulgar, Charlie,’ an entirely now musical-comedy revue, is to be the first presentation of a series to be given by tho popular Sunshine Players. Since its last visit tho company lias been considerably augmented and strengthened in many ways, but still contains many of the old'favorites, including George Siorey, Miss Georgie Martin, -Miss Dulcie Milner, and Mr George himself. A new leading lady and priina donna, in the person of Miss Hazel Fuller, will make her first acquaintance with Dunedin patrons to-night. Other newcomers in the company are Robert Raymond, Frank Perryn, Yorke Gray, and the premier danseuse, Miss Vera Sewell. The ballet, one of eight girls, is very fine, and the whole production is beautifully dressed, and the musical comedy particularly hilarious. A new act of note in the vaudeville section is that of the Continental equilibrists, the Two Meurs, who will present a unique balancing act. Dora Lindsay, the sparkling Scottish comedienne, will provide her second programme; and Signor Palmetto, Wong Toy Sun, Frank Andrews, and Billon and 'Max will also supply attractive turns.
