FATHERLAND’S FUTURE

GERMAN PROPHET’S CONCLUSIONS.

Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.

BERLIN, May 19,

Dr Kammcrich, a philosopher of highrepute, in a book, entitled ‘ A Calculation of History and Germany’s Future,’ contends that Germany is now only on the eve of its revolutionary period, which will develop till about 1940, when tho foundations of the nation’s renascence will he laid. Ho anticipates that by 1925 a new Tsar belonging to the House of .Romanoff will again rule in Russia. This will give an impetus to the restoration of tho Hohenzollerns in Germany. Dr Kemmerich prophesies that after some early successes the new monarch will Buffer a severe defeat and fly, but ho will be seized before ho reaches the border, and will be brought back and executed. Then, ho continues, will eorne the counter-revolution, led by a now Cromwell or Napoleon, who will lead Germany to the highest degree of power under his dictatorship. Peace and order will bo reestablished, but only after a decade of terror and civil war. After five years of military dictatorship Germany’s Cromwell will create a constitutional monarchy. Dr Kemrnerich rules out tho prospect of any foreign intervention interfering with the above programme, because tho Great Powers will bo too busy participating ia one, and possibly two, "world wars. —A. and N.Z.
