They will then fly by way of Halifax, Newfoundland, Greenland, Iceland, tho Shotlands, and Scotland to London, PORTUGUESE PROPOSALS. LONDON, April 15. Admiral Coutinbo and Commander Cabral are making plans to circumnavigate the world in a hydroplane, following the route of Magellan, says the Lisbon correspondent of ‘ The Times.’
