FORBURY TRACK CLEAR. The main course on the Forbury Park Trotting Club’s property was quite clear of water early this morning right to the rail, and the process of harrowing to ensure a thorough drying was begun to-day. It is quite possible that the water cart will be wanted on Saturday, the opening day of the race meeting. Lady Joan has been penalised 12yds in the Prince of Wales Handicap.
