The main course on the Forbury Park Trotting Club’s property was quite clear of water early this morning right to the rail, and the process of harrowing to ensure a thorough drying was begun to-day. It is quite possible that the water cart will be wanted on Saturday, the opening day of the race meeting. Lady Joan has been penalised 12yds in the Prince of Wales Handicap.
