RETURNS COMPLETED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 23. The issue of the complete Board of Trade returns has been delayed owing to the printers’ strike. The summary issued explains that tho decrease in imports previously announced was almost entirely duo to manufactured goods, which declined by £5,825,476. On the other hand tho export of raw materials increased by £3,089,781. Coal increased by £3,185,541. Tho chief increases in imports are: raw cotton, £3,727,150; raw materials generally, £5,637,029. Food imports declined by £4,525,714, of which grain and flour were responsible for over £4,000,000 A. and N.Z. Cable.
