(Received April 20, at 9.35 a.m.) A-Bill was read a second time in the Ulster Parliament making it compulsory for Civil servants to take the oath of allegiance to the King and tho Northern Government. It will at a later date be proposed to make this obligatory on. school teachers as well as Civil servants.—‘ Tho Times.’
