FULL COURT INVESTIGATES

WELLINGTON, April 18. The Full Court heard argument in connection with the application of John Edward Barltrop, of Feildiug, for admission as a solicitor.

Barltrop applied for admission in 1915, •but, owing to certain charges made against him, the court dismissed his .application. For some time Barltrop lias been acting as a land broker at Folding. The present .application is opposed by the Law Society on the same grounds as in 1915, also on the grounds of applicant’s methods of conducting his land broking business. After some discussion between the Bench and the parties, the matter was .adjourned till April 2 6 to enable the court to peruse the affidavits.
