Sir.—Seeing a lot about the Catholic Federation in your columns of late, I, as a, practical Catholic of this city, can assure you tiiat the federation is to all intents and purposes dead, so you will see there is not much fear of it exercising the political power attributed to it by your correspondent of the 15th.—I am, etc,, Catholic.
