(Received April 2, at 10.55 a.m.) Arrangements have been completed for the reception of Canadian .store cattle at Birkenhead, Manchester, Glasgow, Dundee, Bristol, and Cardiff. It. is estimated that 20,000 head of cattle will arrive in April and -May. Tin's is expected to depress meal prices. Canada is also developing a trade in high class chilled meat, which is declared to be superior to the Argentine's.—A. and N.Z. Cab!*
