THE MINORITIES QUESTION. UNANIMOUS AGREEMENT REACHED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LAUSANNE, January 12. The Minorities 'Sub-commission has readied a unanimous agreement. The Turks have undertaken to give a full amnesty to all Christians, except 150 persons, who will bo expelled. Tho Allies dropped the proposal that Christians should nob bo liable to military service, as there was no likelihood of the Turks agreeing to it.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
