Lady Foster Fraser has been granted a divorce on the grounds of her husband’s failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. The evidence disclosed that the respondent admitted misconduct. Viscountess Rhondda has obtained a divorce from her husband, Sir Humphrey Mackworth, on the grounds of misconduct and desertion. The petition was not defended.—A. and N.Z. Cable. [Sir John Foster Fraser, the wellknown traveller and author, was married in 1898 to an American lady. There are two daughters by the marriage. Viscountess Rhondda is the daughter of the first Viscount Rhondda (Die Welsh coal magnate). She was married to Sir Humphrey Mackworth (seventh baronet) in 1908.]
