NOTICE OP CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ORDER MAKING A BY-LAW IN RESPECT OP THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin City Council, at a Special Meeting convened lor tho purpose, and held on Wednesday, the 6th day of December, 1922, passed the following RESOLUTION, viz.: “That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves, so that this Resolution may be submitted to a subsequent meeting of the Council and operate as a Special Order, that the proposed By-law submitted to this meeting of the Council, and intituled ‘The Dunedin City By-law No. 12, 1923,’ in respect of tho supply of electricity, be and the same is hereby adopted as a By-law.” Tho object and purport of the proposed By-law is to amend and extend By-law No. 1 of the City of Dunedin to make provision respecting the supply of electricity from the Council’s reticulating lines.
