[The House Appropriations Committee, reporting on tho Naval Appropriations Bill, incorporated a request that President Harding should call a now naval armament limiting conference in the hope that an agreement may bo readied among the world Powers to limit auxiliary naval vessels under 10,000 tons. It was suggested that the same Powers tliat signed the Washington Conference Naval Limitation Treaty should be invited to the now conference.]
