Market firm. New Zealand Frozen (Meat. —Market quiet; prices unchanged. GRAIN AND PRODUCE. Messrs Donald Reid and Co., Ltd., report as under:— Oats.—The market ia steady. There is a good inquiry for heavy A Gortons at 2s Bd, B Cartons 2s sd, under grade Is lid -to 2s Id (sacks extra). Potatoes. —-The season tor old potatoes is practically over. New potatoes are arriving from Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington. We quote: Old potatoes, £8 to £8 10s. Chaff.—The market for prime quality ii? firm. Medium, light, aud discolored are difficult to soli. W-e quote: Prime chaff, £4 10s; medium, light, and- discolored, £2 to £3 10s (sacks extra). Messrs Dalgely and Co., Ltd., report as follow : Oats.—There is a fair demand for grade oats at late rates. We quote ; A Cartons, to 2s 8d; B Cartons, to 2s 5d per bushel (sacks extra). Potatoes.—Freshly-picked lines of old potatoes are still meeting with a good mquirv at up to £8 10s (sacks in). OliaJf.—Prime chaff is in good demand at £4 10s per ton (sacks extra).
