DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Waihis had a sharp rise this morning, and sales were made at Sis 9d and 355, tho market closing at Sis 9d buyer, 35s 3d seller. Grand Junctions were also turned over, and sales took place at 10s 4d, more being offered at that price, but buyers were only willing to give 10s 3d. There was a reported sale of National Banks at £6 10s 6d, - and they were wanted on ’Change at £6 10s, but no sellers were quoting. New Zealand Insurances are a shade firmer, with buyers offering 28s 4d and sellers asking 295. War Bonds were in fair demand, but few sellers were quoting.
